We called up this morning to book an appointment for our daughter as instructed by the GP yesterday and we were met with a very rude and unhelpful person. Everything seemed too much effort for them and they really didn't want to help ending in referring us to the Corby urgent care centre who said they don't treat that issue.

My Son and I felt very welcome as soon as we walked in. My son was anxious being in a room with other people he didn't know so they showed him a side room that was empty to calm down and adjust in. We then went back into the open room and [name removed] felt a lot more comfortable after being there.

[name removed] was my therapist and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to find ways to support my CBT and every session was beneficial. I learnt so much about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and how to work on these/cope. I am so thankful that I had this experience as it has really help take some steps towards changing my life. I was consumed by fear and now I can honestly say I have achieved so much and feel more confident in previously triggering situations. Thank you so much [name removed].
